Know they took it.
Without asking.

Skova helps the person you care for take their medication with a single tap — or a single spoken word — and quietly keeps you in the loop. No more daily check-in calls.

The daily worry

You can’t be there for every dose.

So you call. And between calls, you wonder. Did Mum take her tablets? Was that dizziness something? The missed dose nobody noticed until it mattered. Skova replaces the worry with a quiet signal — you’ll know, and you’ll only hear from us when something actually needs you.

How it works

A gentle loop that keeps everyone at ease.

Three small moments. One for the person you care for, one for you.

  1. 01

    A gentle reminder

The watch buzzes at the right time. One tap means “taken.”

    You see it logged, instantly.

  2. A word, if something’s wrongThey just speak — Skova writes it down.
    02

    A word, if something’s wrong

They simply speak — “I feel dizzy.” Skova listens and writes it down.

You get a clear, calm alert.

  3. You stay in the loopTold when a dose you’re watching isn’t taken in time — nothing else.
    03

    You stay in the loop

Adherence, symptoms, and low stock — all in one calm view.

    Notified only when it matters.

For your loved one

Built for the least techy person you know.

One big button on the watch. Or just say the word — in German or English. Reminders arrive right on the wrist and break through silent mode, so they’re never missed. That’s the whole interaction. Nothing to learn, nothing to fiddle with.

A closer look

Every screen kept calm and clear.

The alerts you choose, the doses you follow, and the quiet confirmation on their side — the whole flow stays out of the way.

One patient, in full

Adherence, today’s schedule, and a reminder bell on the doses you want to follow.

Voice, in their language

When typing isn’t an option, speaking is.

Your loved one can describe how they feel out loud, in natural German or English. Skova transcribes it into a clear note for you — and shows it next to the timing of their last dose, so you have context. Shown as timing, never as a cause, and never as medical advice.

Frequently asked questions

Is my loved one’s data private?

Yes. Data is stored in the EU, shared only with the care circle they approve, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can request deletion at any time.

Which languages does Skova support?

German and English today, including spoken symptom reports in both. More languages are planned.

What devices do I need?

An iPhone, and ideally an Apple Watch for the easiest one-tap reminders. The caregiver dashboard runs in any web browser. Android is on our roadmap.

My relative isn’t good with technology. Will they manage?

That’s exactly who Skova is built for. The whole interaction is one big button — or simply speaking. There’s nothing to set up on their side; you (or your care team) handle that.

How does the voice feature work, and is audio kept?

When your loved one chooses to speak, Skova transcribes it into a note for you. Audio is processed by our speech partner solely to create that transcript; see our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Can I share a report with a doctor?

Yes. You’ll be able to export a clean, timestamped record of adherence and reported symptoms to share at appointments. (Rolling out during beta.)

How do I add another family member or my care team?

From the dashboard you can invite additional caregivers, with roles for family and professional carers, so everyone sees what they should — and nothing they shouldn’t.

Is Skova medical advice?

No. Skova is a wellbeing and coordination tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or give medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

What does the beta cost?

Nothing. It’s free during beta, with no card required.
